Fridays are an exciting day for Mercantile Claims, not only is it nearly the weekend, but the team all take part in Dress Down Friday. Each member of the team pays a small amount and at the end of the year all proceeds are added up and donated to a chosen charity. Causal Fridays are dedicated to raising money and in the past we have donated to Alzheimer’s Society and Macmillan Cancer Support. The directors and employees alike have always felt passionate about giving back, and this year all proceeds will be going to Cancer Research UK.

It is a definite morale boost for the team, and we enjoy giving back to the hard working charities and hope that it makes a difference.

Not only is it Casual Friday here at Mercantile Claims, but one very special member of the team is celebrating Employee Of The Month.

We at Mercantile Claims enjoy rewarding outstanding dedication, hard work and employee contribution. For her continued hard work and success within her role as Legal Administrator Support Manager, Anneli Suarez is Employee of the Month for February.

Head of Business, Harry Darby presented Anneli with her award. “Anneli is an integral member of the team here at Mercantile Claims. We are very proud of Anneli and everything she has achieved so far.”

When asked how she felt about receiving her award Anneli said: “During my year at Mercantile claims, I have learnt new skills, met some great people and fulfilled my interest in the law. We have had a great year, with a lot of success helping our clients. To achieve the Employee Month Award is a motivating way to begin the year and reflect on the achievements made within the last year. The best part is receiving positive feedback from our clients. It will be exciting to be part of the company’s growth and further success.”
