Hilton Grand Vacations Forms $10 Million In Joint Venture To Develop Its First Resort In Charleston, South Carolina.
Hilton Grand Vacations and Strand Capitol Group have formed their first joint venture, announcing Liberty Place Charleston By Hilton Club as the destination. The $10 million investment in the joint venture will be located in Charleston, South Carolina a beautiful city defined by it’s cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages and elegant French Quarter steeped in history. As the oldest and largest city in South Carolina, Charleston is well known for it’s rich history. This property is located near to the iconic Liberty Tree, which was a meeting place for the citizens of Charleston and where the Declaration of Independence was first read to them.
The development offers 100 units including studios and one and two bedroom suites. Resort amenities are planned to include a fitness centre, lobby bar and owner’s lounge. Sales for the property are expected to begin in early 2019. Hilton Grand Vacations will market, sell and manage the property under a fee-for-service agreement.
