Hilton Grand Vacations invests $41 Million in Hilton Hotels, Los Cabos Beach and Golf Resort in Mexico.
Hilton Grand Vacations has long continued as a high profile vacation ownership brand. They are again increasing their presence in the market by purchasing 87 of the 375 hotel rooms within the resort.
The hotel is located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. The area has many popular attractions as well as one of the regions only swimmable beaches. The hotel features 6 food and beverage outlets, a 7,000 square foot spa and salon, and 88,000 square feet of indoor meeting space.
Hilton Grand Vacations plans to convert the 87 rooms into 74 Timeshare units. The company insists there is no difference between Hilton Hotel guests and Timeshare guests, as both have full access to all amenities on offer. The resort offers snorkelling, horse riding, kayaking, boating and jet skiing and in addition it has one of the most famous golf courses in Cabo.
The total project investment for the company is expected to be approximately to be approximately $50 million. Renovations will begin as soon as the sale is complete. Hilton Grand Vacations will establish an on-site sales centre and Timeshare sales are anticipated to commence by the end of 2019.
Hilton Grand Vacations is a heavy weight in the timeshare industry. The organisation develops, markets and operates a system of brand-name high quality vacation ownership resorts in select vacation destinations. They also manage and operate two club membership programs, Hilton General Vacations Club and The Hilton Club, Hilton currently provide membership for more than 290,000 individuals and families.
Before purchasing a Timeshare or holiday product please consider the following:
People who enter into Timeshare agreements often find it difficult to keep up with the mounting maintenance fees and simply cannot afford it any longer. They may also find that the Timeshare no longer suits their needs and want to end the contract.
It is also important to remember that purchasing a Timeshare should NEVER be viewed as a financial investment. Timeshare is an investment in lifestyle, in future holidays and family time together. There is almost no resale value to a Timeshare.
The mis-selling of holiday products is, unfortunately, common practice within the holiday industry and these type of crimes often go unreported by the most vulnerable in our society and criminal convictions are few and far between.
If you have purchased a Lifestyle / Concierge Service, a Timeshare or a ‘Holiday Points’ based product from a resort or company and feel unhappy with the service, or feel you have been mis-sold this product, please get in touch with us to discuss how we may be able to help you with a possible Money Back Claim.
